| 内容記述 | In recent years the trend towards the nuclear family has been advancing, which presentsgreat difficulties for working mothers today. Above all, raising children is the most seriousproblem. It becomes, then, one of the most important child welfare issues. In fact Japan hashad a problem with childcare since its modernization started in the Meiji era. The purpose here is to examine two points about the early childhood educational servicein Hyogo Prefecture from a historical point of view. The first is why the early childhoodeducational service started. The second is how they cared children from the Meiji era to the Second World War. Particularly I focus on the Meiji era. | |||||
