| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to make a current analysis and a consideration of the supportmethod that the care manager builds the consensus of services with the client in home care.The method of this study is to consider the finding in care managemant presented by Dr.Masakazu Shirasawa and the finding in clinical anthropology presented by Dr. ArthurKleinman. As the result of this study, it can be analogized that the support method is not soclear. However, it becomes clear that viewpoints of the study for constructing the supportmethod are to pay attention to "process of support", "intention of support" and "interactionof the care manager and the client". The task of this study in the future will be to constructthe support method based on the viewpoints and clarify an appropriate research method forconstructing it. | |||||
