So, as the solution, I will examine three points. The first point is the insufficiency of auser's right in social welfare services. The second point is the insufficiency of contractualsystem. The third point is not the self-determination, but the collaboration with the others ina social welfare legal system, as a subject, considering the complaints solution, and theombudsperson system, the third-party evaluation system, and the adult guardianship in Japan.
