The focus has been on the method of training for the certified care workers during their 4-year education. First, the students have to approach some skills to care for people suffering from senile dementia. Second, the students need to learn theories of social welfare as social science. Third, when the students become certified care workers, they have to try to act on social welfare ideals. The expectations are that the students will works as care managers with the theory of the protestion of human rights in mind.
